Subscription FAQ’s

What is a credit? A credit can be used to commission a small graphic design task that takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Examples: Adding an ad to a sidebar, changing a color scheme, or creating a social media image.

How will I know how many credits I have used so far this month and how many I have left? Each time you use a credit, we will send you an updated statement showing how many credits have been used and how many remain.

What do you classify as email tech support? You have a question about how to do something on your blog (e.g., solving a problem or figuring out a technical aspect of your site). You ask us via email, and we send you clear instructions on how to do it. You then follow our instructions in order to accomplish your goal. Each tech support request costs 1 credit in the Lite plan, but is FREE with all other plans, as our thanks to you for your loyalty!

What if I need major help with my website? Major design tasks, such as a logo design, an infographic, an ebook layout, a site redesign, or troubleshooting a major problem with your blog, can be accomplished by using up more than one credit for the job. We will be happy to give you a quote before getting started.

I ran out of credits for the month but I have just one more thing I wanted to get done. What should I do? We’ve got you covered! Additional credits are available to purchase at the rate of $16 $8  per credit.

It’s the end of the month and I haven’t used all my credits yet. Will I lose them? No worries! Your unused credits will roll over into the next month, as long as you maintain an active subscription with us. If you are consistently finding yourself with an excess or shortage of credits, we can discuss switching you over to a plan better suited to your needs.

When is my payment due? Payment is due at the beginning of each month.

When does my month begin and end? Although we prefer to stick with calendar months for simplicity’s sake, we are willing to start at any point during the month if your circumstances make that arrangement preferable. In that case, a subscription that started on the 15th day of the month would be due for the next month’s payment of the 15th day of the next month.

What kind of payment method can I use to subscribe? You can pay us easily and securely via PayPal.
